As first time home sellers, James was the best realtor we could have asked for.  He was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to walk us through the processes of preparing, listing, selling and closing on our home.  He will be the first person we call if we decide to buy/sell in the future and the only person we'd recommend to our friends and family.

James recently helped us navigate our home selling and home building process.  He was instrumental in getting us over asking on the sale of our home.  During the build process, he was proactive, always working in our best interest, and available to meet with us and the builder when needed.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the build process, giving us peace of mind during a time that could have been very stressful.   We highly recommend James and would use him again!

We absolutely loved working with James Asher when purchasing our home. In early fall of 2020 we decided to sell our first home and find something that would better suit our growing family. James went above and beyond in both selling our first home to buying our second. He walked us through what we needed to do in detail to get our home ready to sell and we got a great offer the first day of showings. James would frequently send us homes that would work for us and always made the time to take us to homes we would send him as well. Because of his expertise, he would point out things we would have missed that would have been problems with some houses. We knew that with James, he wanted to make sure that the home we bought would be one we would be happy in for a long time. James was the one that found our home that we are in now and worked quickly and efficiently to get it for us at the right price. Because of his hard work, we are above and beyond happy in our new home. Most people would agree that buying and selling homes can be extremely stressful, but when working with James it is quite an enjoyable process. It is hard to put into words how much James did for my family. James has helped us purchase 2 homes and has sold 1 of our homes. Always going above and beyond. I know we probably were not...but I felt like we were high maintenance looking for something in our price range that met our wants and needs in a highly sought after area. He of course picked up and talked me through my options. I have seen people talk about the nightmares they have had with their agents...I could never relate. James has done nothing but go above and beyond the call for my family. I always tell James that he cannot retire until I am done buying and selling! Because I don't want to work with anyone else.
